📚 Teen Driver Education
Our state-approved program for students ages 16 to 17 fulfills the Massachusetts 30-hour classroom requirement and includes 12 hours of behind-the-wheel training plus 6 hours of observation. Students receive a completion certificate accepted by the RMV for their Junior Operator License (JOL) application.

🛡 Defensive Driving Course
An advanced curriculum designed for licensed drivers who want to sharpen their hazard perception, adverse-weather driving, and accident-avoidance techniques. This course can also satisfy court-ordered or insurance-recommended driving improvement requirements, subject to applicable Massachusetts regulations.

By accessing the website or enrolling in any program offered by Julasak Driving School LLC ("Company"), a Massachusetts limited liability company (Entity ID 273149398), you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a minor under the age of 18, you represent that you are the student's parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on the student's behalf.
2. Services Provided
The Company provides driver education and training services, including classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel lessons, road test preparation, and defensive driving courses, as approved by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and in compliance with 540 CMR 19.00. Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and may be modified to reflect changes in program availability, regulatory requirements, or scheduling capacity.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the required registration documentation and applicable tuition payment. Tuition is due as indicated at the time of enrollment. Refunds, if applicable, are issued in accordance with our published refund schedule. The Company reserves the right to withhold completion certificates or suspend instruction for non-payment of fees.
4. Driver Education Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Licensure
IMPORTANT: Completion of any program offered by Julasak Driving School LLC does not guarantee that a student will pass the Massachusetts learner's permit examination, the Class D road test, or any other licensing examination administered by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles ("RMV").
Our programs are designed to prepare students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for safe vehicle operation; however, the ultimate determination of an applicant's qualification for licensure is made solely by the RMV. All licensing decisions, including eligibility, testing standards, and issuance, are within the exclusive authority of the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 90.
The Company provides instruction in dual-controlled vehicles that are maintained, inspected, and insured in compliance with Massachusetts law. Notwithstanding, all behind-the-wheel instruction inherently involves risk, including the risk of traffic accidents, personal injury, and property damage. Students participate in behind-the-wheel instruction at their own risk and, for minor students, with the acknowledged consent of their parent or legal guardian.
The Company does not warrant or guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to: passage of any RMV examination; reduction in insurance premiums; eligibility for insurance discounts; or attainment of any specific level of driving proficiency. Driving proficiency is influenced by individual aptitude, practice, and conditions beyond the Company's control.
Students must comply with all applicable Massachusetts motor vehicle laws, including but not limited to the Junior Operator License restrictions (M.G.L. Chapter 90, §8), passenger limitations, and curfew requirements. The Company is not responsible for any student's violation of motor vehicle laws outside of scheduled instruction.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students must: possess a valid Massachusetts learner's permit prior to behind-the-wheel instruction; attend all scheduled lessons on time; notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling; refrain from attending instruction while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance; wear corrective lenses during instruction if required by their permit; and behave in a manner that does not jeopardize the safety of the instructor, other students, or the public.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Lessons canceled with fewer than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee as disclosed at enrollment. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to inclement weather, vehicle maintenance requirements, instructor availability, or other circumstances affecting safety. Such cancellations by the Company will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to its services shall not exceed the total tuition paid by the student for the program giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost income, personal injury resulting from the student's independent driving activities, or any damages arising from the student's failure to obtain licensure.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Julasak Driving School LLC, its managers, employees, agents, and instructors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your negligent or wrongful conduct during or after completion of any program.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, instructional materials, and course curricula, is the property of Julasak Driving School LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.
